The Best Part

In my opinion, the best part of having a blog is that when you're bored, you can go on it and wwrite like there's no tomorrow. People, let me tell you something. If you haven't already, take the poll. I find myself asking, "Where is everyone?" I know everyone is busy with sports, vacations, get-togethers, Etc., but please take a moment and tell me what your favorite type of pie is (I never thought i would say that)

Blurple: Is It Really A Color?

Okay, so i was playing 4 Square and some person said Blurple as a color. That person was out because isn't a color. They tried to convince me it was, but I'm not too sure. I think it's a combo of Blue and Purple, but I'm not sure. If i put spell check on, Blurple would be high-lighted as a misspelled word. It is. He missed a bunch...Field Trip, Field Day, Fast Food Joint, Talent Show, and getting to mess around on the last day. Too Bad.

Hitch Hikers

Personally, I'm not a fan. People shouldn't just ask other people to drive them somewhere. Now, i understand that some peoples cars might stop on them unexpectedly and i'm okay with that. But i can't trust strangers. Over Memorial Day weekend at my brother's baseball tournament, we saw hitch hikers and my mom said that the maddest she had ever seen her mother mad at her faher was when he picked up hitch hikers. WOW!!! I would never expect that from my grandpa. Wow! The hitch hikers we saw looked really creepy. It was a boy and girl and the girl had blue hair...Charming. I cant remember what the dude looked like, but i dont wanna remember.

I hope everyone's Summer is going awesome and if it is, i hope it will continue to be like that. If it isn't going awesome, i hope it starts soon.

The Dictionary

Today's topic is the dictionary. It's weird, i didn't know what to write about, and then BAM! It totally hit me. The Dictionary. In my opinion, the dictionary isn't helpful. For example, i heard the word karma and i didn't know what it meant, so i asked my mom and she told me that it means "meant to be for a reason". If my mom didn't know what it meant, she would tell me to go look it up in the Dictionary and i would. Then, the Dictionary would give me some wordy explanation of the word karma, making me even more confused than i already am! That's proof that the dictionary isnt helpful. Either that, or i'm just not very bright. I'm not sure which one of those is right.

Julia died today on the TV show i was watching. It was AWFUL!!! I almost think i cried and i cry during the Disney movie "The Fox & The Hound" The last time i saw that movie... I dont know. That's how often i cry over things like movies and TV. I know what you're thinking: this dude is pathetic. That's because i am!!!! And i'm proud of it! Pathetic people like me need to come to terms with their patheticness. I've done that. Period.

Time to learn something about me: I'm a klutz. I swear, i fall all the time. But again, I proud of my klutziness. I really don't care if people laugh. Like this weekend, i was messing around with a ball and it went in the grass. I go to get it, i'm walking back and i fall. Everyone laughed, but i did too. oh yeah!!

I'm Back...

Yeah, i'm back from my little vacation for Jared's baseball tournament. It was good but they lost all three of their games. Not their best but their last game they had a really good rally going on. The first night we had a party on our floor and we made SnoConeZ and ate and played cards until the manager came and threatened to kick us out (he didn't threaten us like that, but he did say, "I would hate to kick the baseball team out.") The next night we had a party in the parking lot and celebrated one of the mom's birthdays and it was a big party and she wasn't expecting it since her birthday is tomorrow (Tuesday) but she really deserved it cuz she is really nice. I'm kinda tired today. Today is Memorial Day so i would like to dedicate this post to all the fallen soldiers who died fighting for our country and of course all the deceased memers of my family (Steven, Mama Kay, Relatives I didnt know that well)

That was originally gonna be my blog name but it was taken. I thought Zach thoughts would be good. In fact, i'm gonna change some thing right now. There, now header is Zach Thoughts, but the site is still called Yabomania. Now you can refer to it as Yabomania/ZachThoughts. However, still yabomania.blogspot.com. Be there or be square (I swear thats an expression, right???)

I'm gonna have David type in a little bit but right now i'm talk about how it is apparently is special to be in a blog. My Uncle Al said that the person i mentioned on Mother's Day was happy to be on my blog. She had never been on one. So now Uncle Al will be quoted like he wanted me to do:

Refusing To Believe

I cannot believe school is seriously over. I wont go back for another three months. My teacher made everyone in the class a collage with pictures of them and things they like and watnot. For example, a girl in my class loves to dance so there was a sticker that said "Dance Forever" I thought it was a very nice thing to do. This year feels incomplete for some unknown reason. Some people may think that because maybe they might have missed a few days of school but guess what: I got perfect attendance.

David is coming over tonight. Maybe he'll do a post; you never know. My mom got a SnoCone maker and the SnoConeZ are DELICIOUS!!! They also take, like, 2 minutes to make. Very simple and easy. You may think it's to good to be true but it isn't! Today i'm gonna tell you something you may not know about me: I love game shows! Deal or no Deal, The Weakest Link, Wheel of Fortune, The Price is Right (Though it isnt the same without Mr. Bob Barker). I love all game shows. On channel 241 there is a show called Russian Roulette. You answer questions and if you miss on you pull a slot machine thing (like in Vegas) and there are an amount of dropzones
and if one of the dropzones land on you, you fall throught a trapdoor. It is awesome and original and i love it.

I used that song header a couple entries ago but it's my new favorite song. My old favorite song was Diary Of Jane. It was a hard rock song but it just was awesome in some way. It is still one of the best songs ever but Pianoman is THE best song ever. It is very well written and it is debatable as to whether this is Billy Joel's best song. I haven't heard any other ongs by him so i can't say. All i know it's awesome :) Gotta go do homework

Scary

Today was an enjoyable AND scary experience. Jared had a baseball tournament all this weekend and the enjoyable experience was that they won the whole tournament. The scary experience was that there was softball games going on at some other fields and one dude who came to watch his friend had had a little too much to drink and he was stumbling around and talking to random people and even stole things from the concession stand. It was scary and us kids were all having a fun time and running around until we were all around the bleachers and the adults told us to stay there. Then we saw the police and got scared. I told Will & Claire (whose brothers are also on the team) that he was going to the slammer. My dad knew the coppers and lead them to him. There was a lot of stuff that went on then he went to the dugout where is friends were (I'm really surprised that those people were actually there, i thought he was just making it up!) I'm really glad it's over. I thank God every day for what i have and how lucky i am to have such a wonderful life.

Bell Bottom Blues...You Made Me Cry

That's a good song^^^ I'm kinda bored today. Paige had a friend spend the night. It was not fun at ALLL. Paige also had a softball game and Logan came with me. We had a fun time. There was this girl dressed in blue and me and Logan had had a blue SnoCone :) (KC and Nick were also there when this happened) She called me and Logan "Blue Lips" and i said that our lips matched her creepy clothing (Her clothing wasn't very creepy, i just wanted to diss her...I did) She said, "I'm in 7th grade and you guys are what, a bunch of 3rd graders" Then she came about a foot and a half away from me, threw a sunflower seed at me and missed. This caused me to CRACK UP!!!! It was hilarious. Then she came toward Logan and he stood up and was about 2 inches taller. She was not in 7th grade. She then walked away and i was gasping for air from laughing so hard :) This girl seemed like she had a bad attitude. Those kind of people dont make my boat float.

SnoConeZ are the best. They are awesome and if you don't agree, you are therapist bound... Today is the last Friday of the school year and we got out at 12:00. Monday= Field Trip. Tuesday: Field Day. Wednesday: Fast food eating (for the 5th grade only) and talent show. Thursday:Out of School!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could put exclamation marks forever, but i'm not. That was one of our songs that we sang to the residents at the assisted living. I felt good because they all seemed very happy and grateful. One kid in my class almost fainted because he had a jacket on. Two moms noticed him and one jumped up and prevented it from actually happening. Hmm. Jared has another baseball game tonite. He was not making my boat float today :( the 5th graders toured the middle school today to get an idea of what would be going on next year. Jared was my "buddy" and guess what i learned: I can fit in a locker. This is not good news. You all know whats gonna happen.

Okay, I dont know what happen to the thing i was untangling but i dont care. That thing was very annoying and i think its better that i dont ever see it again. it was the biggest non-living yabo that i have ever met. Today at school nothing interesting happened except the anticipation of school ending. Our last day is May 22nd. We had Papa Johns Pizza tonight. It was AWESOME!!! Tomorrow my class is going to an assisted living to sing songs to the residents. Friday we get out @ 12:00. Monday we go on a field trip. Tuesday is Field Day. You'll never guess what i'm doing right now. i am untangling this thing. the thing is the rope from Power Ranger cape from a billion years ago that is tangled with headphones from a CD player. If you think about it, that would probably get annoying. How did this happen?????!!!!!! It i not a pleasant day outside. it is raining constantly and i'm not too sure if i like it or not. Sometimes i like the rain during the summer when it's hot day after day after day. For Mother's Day, Dad got Mom one of those seat things that you can put on bleachers. Since Jared has baseball so often, Dad decided to get her one (She also asked fo it) Jared and Dad are out of town in a baseball tourny, so its in my closet and i'm in charge of giving it to Mom. We also went to Lowes today and some dude who worked there gave me a $10.00 coupon there to give her. This dude was kinda strange though. Today i decided that i'm gonna write the poem i got for Mom this year. Her favorite color is Fushia, So i wrote this:

Today is finally Friday and i on't know about you but i am psyched (is that how you spell that?)
My sister had a soccer game today. It was her last game and as a "end-of-the-season" treat she got one of the biggest cookis i have ever seen. It was HUGE. Where do they get these things?

Confusing topic: The Funny bone. Why do people call it the funny bone? It brings pain when you hit it, not laughter. maybe the person who made it up thought the bone was "laughing". Too bad i'm not. But Seriously, that is one the most confusing things that you might find yourself thinking about, and you want an answer, but their is simply none to give. Today in 4 square at recess i think i did really good. Okay let me think for a moment because i want to end today with a poem... I got it. UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH i keep wishing it was Friday and i could have the weekend all to myself!!! I did awesome on my Social Studies test (i hope) I'm actually not to sure. My teacher has been a teacher for 38 years and she usually checks test pretty fast. I'll hopefully get it back on Monday. She could prob finish them by then. I think i only have 10 days til school til i'm out of school for summer. My Great-Grandma died on May 2, 2007. My cousin Lily was born May 1, 2008. That's Ironic isnt it. Today was a good day. We had a substitute, went to a mass in Spanish and for the Jr. High it was culture day. The 5th grade got to go and Oh my God a bunch of people had chips with their food so i had a plateful of chips. I also had some sweet thing. there was like Doughnuts and Chocolate Cake and Jared (my brother) had a really good cake. Today also ZOOMED by which was good because i dont like days that DRAAAAAG on and on and on.

Example: Your ugly and I know that for a fact cuz I got the evidence right there. (When you say "right there" you point at there face dramatically.)

Yabomania= Boring?

Absolutely not. But, if you think it is, id rather you not go on it. Sarah said my site was boring and my best friend agreed (I know why he agreed. He might deny it, but it's true.) Anyway, now that the negative is out of the way, here is the positive: My brother hit an out of the park two run homerun at his baseball game yesterday. He is the 3rd person on his team this season to accomplish that. Another boy on his team's dad retrieved the ball Jared hit and gave it to us so we have the ball that he hit out of the park for the very 1st time. I'm glad somebody can do that because i will never be able to do that ever in my whole entire life. Maybe whenb im 26 years old and strong.

Zach and David's Trading Company

My best friend David and I have started a new trading company. it's called Zach and David's Trading Company (my dad said it is very original.) We trade things with other people. we are probably going to do the most trading with Marley and Molly's Trading Company. We just did some some business today. i traded my school pen for a dry-erase marker (which i needed.) We also have 2 employees: Sara and Liam. This trading company could be successful. A lot of trading goes on in the 5th grade :).
