First Post of Summer '09

This is my first official post of Summer 2009. Last week I was in school. This week I'm out. Crazy, right!? Well, its supposed to be Summer, but it's raining outside. Stupid. Why can't they just make the rain stop so I can go outside?

I got out of school on Thursday and had Jimmy John's for lunch. Then on Friday I went to my grandpa's 70th birthday party, and then I went to an end of the year party after that. On Saturday I helped my aunt and uncle move to their new house. It is in the middle of nowhere and it is HUGE! Sunday I went down to my grandma and grandpa's trailer and we rode 4-wheelers and rode on the Platte River and ate and it was terrific. On Memorial Day, I went to the park with a bunch of friends. Yesterday, I went to visit my Grandparents and then I went to Dairy Queen. I just realized that I've had a more productive week than I thought!

Today is going to be boring. I have absolutely nothing on the ol' agenda, so I think I'm just going to have to chill out. Dang it. Well, I'm outta here. I have to go debate on what to have for lunch. I'm getting hungry.

Jared's Graduation

Today Jared is officially graduating from 8th Grade. YAY!!! Off to High School he goes. It's kind of disappointing that he will no longer be me "Poopy." I think he is excited to get out of school after spending 9 years there.

I did Not have a good today and don't feel like explaining. ! 1 1/2 more days of school. Terrific. Today we had our Math final. I hope i did good. Talent show tomorrow. I'm not talented. Heehee.

Yesterday was Field Day. For the middle school, my team did well. In the sled race, my team carried me on the sled, they didn't even pull it. I was scared they were gonna drop me but they didn't. Then I got to help with the 1-3 grade field day. My station was one of the best. You had to soak a sponge in water then put it over your head. You raced down to the other bucket and squeeze the sponge. Whichever team had the most water in their bucket in the end won. The kids liked getting soaked. The volunteers get pizza tomorrow for our duties. YAY.

Take a seat

Yes, it is time for another life-changing blog post so take a seat, shut up, and read.

First of all, my elbow is absolutely killing me, I have no idear what is wrong with it but it hurts very badly. Allison Iraheta was eliminated from American Idol on Wednesday. I wanted to bang my head against the wall 17 times. Haha, just kidding. I'm not that inhumane. I downloaded a bunch of her songs on iTunes. Mother's Day was Sunday. Treated my mom with respect, etc. Jared and Dad were gone in Columbus for a baseball tourny but since i have a life of my own i didn't go. They came in 3rd place out of 20 teams so they did pretty good. Joan Rivers beat Annie Duke for the title of the Celebrity Apprentice. I was happy about that. In Joan's words, Annie is a "poka playa" and is like Hitler. That is a little harsh, but who cares? That lady is hilarious. I still have 3 projects due: Cereal Box of something I learned this year in Spanish, Volcano for science, and ABC booklet of what I learned in Social Studies. Blah Blah blah. I ended up doing all the work in my frog project because my partner was kinda grossed out and wasn't a steady cutter. I don't blame him. I don't think I will ever be able to look another frog in the eye again, because now I know what goes on inside its body. In 8th grade, we have to dissect the eyes of pigs, sheeps, and cows. Life is just soo hard. I had a SnoCone on Friday. It was the best thing ever. I want another one right now. Too bad I can't have one. My elbow still hurts...

School Life

Hello. Today i had school :(. i found out that one of my favoritest teachers ever might be leaving. She wants to have more children apparently. In Social Studies we read. In MAth we took a test. In English I narrowly escaped homework. Literature i talked the whole time. Religion we have a quiz tomorrow. In spanish we have a spanish mass tomorrow in honor of Cinco de Mayo. We are also having Culture Day where students get in groups and do a board about a Latin American country. You also have to write a paragraph of a famous person from your country and make a recipe. My country is Honduras and I am working with Joe and Logan. Our famous person is Raquel Roxanne Diaz, better known as "Rocsi." She hosts BET's hit music show, "106 and Park." Tonight i am making the recipe. It is a Coconut Cherry Tropical Drink. I have a feeling it is going to be nasty. In Science class, we have started the 6-day process of dissecting frogs. They are dead and they are total morons. I am working with Jacob C and he let me have the honor of naming it. I named him Gershom, because in Literature we are reading a novel and there is a stupid character named Noah Gershom, so I decided to name the frog after an annoying, fictional character. That is a regular day in my neck of the woods.
