Last Week...

School is starting soon. As in next Monday. This is my last week of summer and I want to get the best out of it as I can.

Jared started high school Tuesday. He said it was good. Whatever. I have had to babysit Paige this week. Terrific. This weekend my mom's entire family is going to Platte River State Park this weekend. This is actually exciting. Its one of my favorite times the year and I can't wait. We leave tomorrow and come back Sunday. Sunday we go to Open House for school, then Monday, school starts. This year is the school's 50th Anniversary, so there is gonna be a lot of 50's stuff?

Now, I'd like to talk about my inevitable bad luck. Yesterday, I was putting off lunch because I wasn't very hungry. I hadn't eaten breakfast either. I had had a couple of nothing healthy things like chips and ice cream, but apparently, that wasn't enough. I got up from the couch, felt dizzy, and collapsed. I lie down on the floor, wondering what happened. I got back up and laid on the couch. In the evening, I was on the bar, and slipped, giving me a fright. I had bad luck, and I joked around about dying today with the way my luck was going. I had a friend over and we met up with another friend. Then we decided to ride our bikes to another friends house. But, there was one problem. We were forced to take my sister Paige along the way. Paige was annoying me, so I decided to joke around and make our tires on our bikes touch to scare her. They hit, Paige sped off, I wipe out. My bike falls head first. I land on my hands, bruising them along with my knees, and chin. We keep going, however, because obviously my condition means nothing. We have a successful ride over there until Paige wipes out, jamming her stomach against the handlebar, making a terrible scratch. Oh, and I forgot to mention, IT WAS POURING RAIN OUTSIDE!!!! We were all soaking wet, Paige was crying hysterically, repeatedly asking me if she was going to die. My friend's mom picked Paige up and we rode our bikes back to my house, where we watched a movie called, "The Uninvited." Either I am a klutz, or I just have the worst luck. And, I have a head cold. As the Brits would say, Bloody Fantastic (In a sarcastic British accent.)

Color Me Gone,

Zach
