Daylight Savings Time...Lord, Take Me Now

Today is one of my three least favorite moments of the year. Daylight Savings Time. The other two are Daylight Savings Time (Begins) and mid-July, because that's usually when I have a dentist appointment. I woke up at 8:48 this morning, but no, it had to be 7:48. People are stupid. They say, "You get an extra hour of sleep!" Not me! I'm soooooo used to waking up at my regular time, so now I wake up too early! I don't get the point. Why must we change our clocks every twice a year when it doesn't do us any good at all. It doesn't make sense, and I don't care if any snooty scientist tells me otherwise. Now I'm getting confused about losing an extra hour. So does that mean there are 23 hours in the day, and its gonna get dark at like 4 o'clock? This is stupid.

Recently, I watched a great movie called, "The Proposal." It, was amazing. As I sat on my living room chair, I was praying that it wouldn't be a chick flick. My brother and mother had seen it, and they had both loved it. However, my mom loves every movie, except Peter Pan (I mean, who doesn't love Peter Pan?) But Jared gave me a shock when he told me he liked it, so I believed I could watch it without being scared of it being a lame chick flick. It was hilarious. A lot of parts made me laugh. My favorite character was Betty White. I am very familiar with Betty White, because I frequently watch Match Game reruns from the 70's on The Game Show Network. My dad finds her very annoying. He thinks she's a, and I quote, "Bozo", "Airhead", and "Dummy." I think she's hilarious! And she helped make The Proposal a great movie!

Color Me Gone,

Zach
