Fa la la la la, la la la la.
Tis the season to be jolly,
Fa la la la la, la la la la.
Don we now our gay apparel,
Fa la la, fa la la, la la la.
Troll the ancient Yuletide carol,
Fa la la la la, la la la la
I know how excited everyone is! I know I am. Christmas is by far the best time of the year. Haha. I'm gonna be a terrible Scrooge since I love Christmas so much! Anyway, regarding the title of my post, I received a few complaints about not having the post up yet. Of course I'm gonna post, readers. Just be patient. As they say, Patience is a virtue. That's a common phrase is my household, heehee. Well, the first day of 30 Days of Christmas conveniently marks the day of Giving Thanks, or "Thanksgiving."
And let me tell you my Thanksgiving was fantastic. As always. First, we stopped at Grandma's house for a decent lunch. Turkey. Jello. Kilaches. Bread Rolls. Vegetables. Success. Brief resting stop at the house, then off to the Klosty's! Always good. Turkey. Vegetable. MUFFIN'Z! BREDD! Haha. There was also this thing that neither I or a cousin could identify, but it had cinnamon, so we assumed it was apple, and I tried some of it. It wasn't apple. It was pineapple. I do NOT like pineapple. Never had since Kindergarten. Wayyyy to sweet and mushy for my liking. I was caught off guard by the dish, and I didn't go back. I also debated this bowl of what looked like large, light red raisins. I truth or dared my sister to eat one, she didn't. Turns out that they were good smelling things. Good choice, Paige. The only negative part about the day's occasion was the rushed prayer by my own mother. Its Thanksgiving! At least state your thankfulness....for stuff! Oh well. Better luck next Thanksgiving, haha.
Well Color Me Gone on the first night of YaboMania's 30 days of Christmas!! 29 more to go!
Zach
